Life is tough in Weizmann, two weeks ago I had to go to a conference on Crete.

The hotel came with the hard daily decision of which one of its six pools to use.

On our last day Ohad and I rented a car to drive around the island:
Very interesting was our visit to Spinalonga, an island which was used first as a fortress and later as a leper colony until the 60s to prevent spread of the disease. It was haunting to imagine the masses of sick people sent there to die.
